PVC waders are made of high-strength polyvinyl chloride fabric. Lightweight and dense with reliable waterproof performance, the fabric does not absorb water, ensuring a comfortable and unrestricted fit. They dry quickly after use and are easy to store without lengthy drying time. Coupled with low production costs and an affordable price, they offer excellent cost-effectiveness, making them suitable for warm-water areas or short-term wading activities.
However, PVC fabric conducts heat rapidly and provides almost no thermal insulation, which may cause a cold and uncomfortable feeling in low-temperature environments. Its tear resistance is also inferior to that of neoprene, so care must be taken to avoid sharp objects to prevent damage. The waders are equipped with integrally injection-molded PVC protective boots. The non-slip outsole pattern delivers strong grip to effectively reduce the risk of slipping on wet surfaces. The boot shaft is seamlessly sealed to the pant body to prevent water penetration.
